  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Preparation
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions until they float to the surface, then drain and set aside.

Serving
  1. Serve the creamy gnocchi warm, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently over low heat, adding a splash of cream or milk if the sauce has thickened.
